Meet Your Host

This was an amazing way to get transitioned from the hustle and bustle of real life to my vacation! Sonja was in contact multiple times leading up to my trip and greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm when I arrived. She even made me a bonus snack to save me a late night trip to the store. The home is beautiful…very comfy hygge crossed with clean lines and contrast. Then breakfast in the morning was next level! She made it to order based on our chat the night before and engaged me in trip planning and pointers while I ate. She welcomed me in the living room space after check out and held my luggage until my ride could arrive to pick me up, allowing me to take a little walk around the nearby park.

We had a great time staying at SunStar Alaska. The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast options plentiful and cooked to order, and the host a great guide who knows the area and what's happening. Our hostess was well versed on the local area and can recommend dining options, activities, and sightseeing locations. She even know the local trails for hiking and running. Lattes on request at breakfast along with a good selection of fresh fruit. We had a great time and plan to return next time we're in Anchorage.

We really enjoyed our stay with Sandra at Sunstar Bed and Breakfast. She contacted us early and shared all the important details with us. She was very hospitable and her breakfast was the absolute hammer with a large selection. The rooms as well as the restrooms were clean and very well equipped. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The house is in a nice neighborhood, the owner was super friendly and accommodating, newly remodeled and very stylish. checking in was easy, quick tour and run through of code access on the doors. She made an amazing spread for breakfast and was fun to visit with.

Es war mega und das meine ich ernst. Dafür die Gastgeberin war mega freundlich, hat uns geholfen unsere Reise weiter zu planen, fur uns paar Sachen gebucht und überprüft ob alles wirklich stattfindet. Hat extra Essen für meine Tochter, die auf viele Sachen allergisch ist, vorbereitet. Ich konnt noch mehr schreiben, es war wie zuhause. Danke Sondra.
