Located in a quiet cul-de-sac street that is conveniently positioned makes it easy to explore the city's various attractions. You'll be delighted to find numerous activities just a stone's throw away from our cozy abode, such as the Anchorage Botanical Gardens, Alaska Native Heritage Center, three hospitals, the University of Alaska Anchorage, Alaska Pacific University, and a ton of hiking trails and much more. While we're centrally located, we recommend you rent a car as Anchorage is a spread-out city. However, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available options. Although you can reach most places within a 15-minute car ride, we're not within walking distance of any shops and restaurants. Trust us; you will want to experience Anchorage’s delightful dining and shopping options!

We are centrally located to many parks within walking distance. Please note there are occasionally moose in the area, so keep an eye out!

With an easy wooded walking trail, the neighborhood park has parking, waste bins, and a picnic table. It is located off of Northern Lights Blvd. across from Carrs Grocery store. It is a great trail to take the kids and there is a dedicated loop of exercise installations.
